How long does it take to level from 1-70 in TBC? How many hours that is, or days
and how long from 60-70?

That’s really hard to say it depends on a lot of factors. It took me 10 days played to get to 60 on this pally with zero boosting, very few dungeon runs, and a lot of screwing around in Stormwind. Most people level a lot faster than me and once pre-patch hits it will be about 30% faster I think.
If you are fast I would say you can reasonably do it in 5 days solo and another few days to 70.
1-60 is really tough to say considering it depends on how you level. 60-70 however…Expect it to take 60-100 hours depending on how efficient you are. For most players they’ll fall into that range.
BG set entirely depends on how much you win. As marks are usually the limiting factor not honor.

Yes that’s what I said. 5 days to 60 in BC if you’re good, another 3-4 to 70.
In Classic, 1-60 takes approximately 150-190 hours. With the TBC Prepatch, the experience required for 1-60 goes down by around 30%. In addition, quest experience is nearly doubled. This causes the 1-60 journey to be about 40% shorter depending on how you approach leveling. The new 1-60 time is around 110 - 115 hours.
Now the TBC 60-70 leveling is actually pretty long. Longer than most people remember it. I have done it twice recently on those servers we’re not supposed to talk about so it’s pretty fresh for me. I averaged between 6 and 7 hours per level but I move very quickly, know all the quests, and have frequent dungeon groups. I would say that your average player is looking at least at 60 hours for 60-70.
From 1 - 70 I’d estimate 180 hours conservatively. Or, around 8 days /played (5.5 days for 1-60 and another 2.5 days for 60-70). Obviously, world record holders can do it WAY faster. You’re going to see people hit 70 literally by the second day. But I’m presuming since you’re even asking this question… that’s not you.

Nope. That depends on what BGs you’re getting (AV honor is way faster than WSG honor, for example), it depends on whether you’re solo queueing or premading (enjoy 80% losses as a solo player regardless of your faction), it depends on your queue times and it depends on your win rate. That question is far too variable to answer. You can buy gear with Marks and Honor, too.
Either way, expect it to take A LONG TIME. People will be doing 12 hours of BGs a day for 2 weeks probably to get fully, fully honor geared.
