Fetch is gone on some of my hunters

ok so before the patch my other hunter had the fetch command, after patch i was squished to level 44 and fetch is gone. just for the hell of it i bought the fetch training manual again and it says requires lvl 17 so i figured it should work but when i use it it says im not high enough level. so im confused and guessing this is a bug. i also have other accounts with other non max level hunters that lost fetch but my max level hunters still have their fetch command.

any other hunters having this problem?

Yep. Neither of my hunters is max level, and they both lost it.

Despite the tooltip for it saying Level 17, it requires level 47. Blizzard will not acknowledge it, and I’d be a month’s sub it won’t be fixed for at least 6 months, if ever.
