I picked up this Ferocious idol that requires L20 to use. I am L19. All my items in my backpacks turned grey and typing /reload does not fix it. I think there is a bug that the L20 idol is trying to be grey and unusable until I meet the requirements but it is blocking all of the items in my bags.
Is this is SoD or regular WoW Classic Era? If SoD, try reapplying one of your runes. I notice this tends to happen when you start applying a rune, and stop part way through.
