I think your probably right , blizzard doesn’t know how to balance feral or spriest or monk.
Feral is often quite relevant, it’s just not the easiest thing to pick up.

When has this actually ever been the case.
The recent omen of clarity changes to feral for starters.
It’s a kick in the pants but hardly nerfed into irrelevance. Ferals still a really strong spec that has a good niche it fills.
The niche is filled by any druid. Its not a feral druid niche
Wow didn’t know resto and guardian did the same dps as boomy and feral in arenas.
