Feral ? ? Zev Tips?

Hi guys! Doing ? ? As my end game goal. Ive tried a lot of specs but cant seem to get it because of two things. 1) corner web terror spawns trapping me and 2) DOT.

Feral has gotten me the closest. Any feral players have tips for me? I normally main bear druid so this isnt really too off for me anyway.

  • If his frontal cone is the next ability after spawning the cocoon, dont run to the egg right away (you’ll have plenty of time to DPS it down). Stick close to Zekvir to bait/easily dodge the cone. Wild charge to egg and go ham
  • When cocoon is coming soon, forget DPS on Zekvir. Sir at max combo points for a second or two to start off on the egg fully charged and primed to go
  • DPS on Zekvir isnt really that imporant. You could defeat him with nothing but auto attacks and combo builders. Mechanics > egg > Zek
  • For the DoT, shifting removes it. Pre-shift. Once he starts casting Spittle, shift to bear. The second it lands, clear it by shifting back to Kitty and going back to DPS. If Brann isnt feared or dead, he’ll dispel every other. But in the chaos of P2 i some times lose his current state/placement so best to not rely on him
  • DPS on Zek not important. Only need to average 355k dps on the egg during its duration which Feral can easily do (which is why it isnt a big deal to stay on Zek for a second or two after the egg is cast if hes about to do his frontal cone).

Assume youre good with Barkskin/SI and getting Branns potions?

Good luck, and don’t get discouraged. Took me about 42-43 tires, with many sub 5% pulls where i got excited and got in a hurry and lost sight of what i was doing and ate an orb from the fear when if i had just kept my eyes on the prize id have bagged it

This is the main reason I ran Druid of the Claw for this fight. You’re already shifting to bear so much anyways, getting the talent that allows you to keep your armor/health when you shift back to cat form mitigates some of those nasty auto-attacks. I even ran Ironfur and Ursine Vigor to make it even more survivable.

Saving tigers furry for egg also helps if you have a hard time bursting it especially if you get in bad spot or boss zones you too much. I also talent the stuns incase egg does spawn and i need a little more time.

Im a doctor and have two kids, I dont get a ton of time to play tbh. Gonna give her a go this weekend if I have the time!
