So Feral needed nerfs, but wow. Went from S tier to C tier with these nerfs. Single target damage is laughable, cleave is now maybe average damage, and survivability is horrible. Not to mention the incarn/rake bug right now, makes me believe they didn’t even have anybody test the nerfs to feral to see how they were. Feral feels like an entirely different class with this patch. Really hope the devs are paying attention and realize they get a big F on this one, and adjust accordingly.
Yeah rets even got it worse than ferals, the nerfs were way too much for both spec… pretty unbelievable
I empathize with you…a lot of these buffs and nerfs seem like they just shot from the hip
Didn’t feel that bad on my feral, taste for blood buff really helps. Single target not so hot now but if you get fed bites you still pump.
If this is so, later ferals. Disgusting spec.
In certain situations yes you can get lots of bite procs against say demo lock or DK. But I think people perceive that ferals “pump” by looking at Details, and never realize that 30-50% of the damage done is against the pets/minions, not on the PvP target.
It’s not about the bleeds on the pets/minions and more about the shear number of bites you get to pump into your kill target, As far as that goes feral perfectly fine in the damage department.
Didn’t feel like I was lacking in kill pressure, Hard to get the best view on it with the bugs but wasn’t nearly as bad as I thought it was going to be.
Jah seemed to be doing fine in 2s but that could be because of how much damage disc contributes in 2s.
Snupy was saying it felt fine.
I never said it was about the bleeds, just that perceived pump damage is really fluffed by minions/pets.
Snupy did say it was fine, but not great. He also didn’t play a lot of 3s/shuffle due to the bug. I have not played 2s, just speaking on my experience in shuffle.
I’ve still seen some deadly ferals with bleed and run tactics. They’re just not everywhere now.
good ferals are annoying
this is such a stupid person take
anyone with half a functioning brain is looking at ‘done to’ not done total
Thank you for your input, you must be a lot of fun to hang out with.
after reading your opinions i don’t like that you’re allowed to drive
Appreciate your insightful and well-thought-out response. I can tell from all your posts on other threads that you are such a delightful person.
It’s ok bro it’s just a game
Ferals constantly getting dogged on by Blizzard, nothing new lol
If you only knew how much that statement triggeres me.
Something has to be C tier in a tier list right? May as well be feral. They reigned supreme for too long.
I understand the frustration and disappointment that comes with the recent nerfs to the Feral Druid specialization. It’s disheartening to see a class that you enjoy playing become less effective due to changes in the game. However, I would like to suggest that you consider rerolling as a Protection Paladin.
Protection Paladins have always been known for their versatility and dependability in both PVP and PVE. They possess a unique combination of tanking and healing abilities, which allows them to hold the attention of multiple enemies, shield and heal allies, and control the battlefield. This versatility makes them a valuable asset to any raid or PVP team, and their ability to take on a significant amount of damage makes them a dependable tank.
In contrast, Feral druids have always been known for their single-target damage and cleave capabilities. With the recent nerfs, it’s understandable that you may feel that the specialization has lost its appeal. However, with the Protection Paladin specialization, you will have access to a wider range of abilities that can be used in different situations, making them more adaptable to changes in the game.
Additionally, Protection Paladins have a variety of talents that can be customized to fit the player’s playstyle, which will enable you to tailor your gameplay to your preferences.
In summary, if you are feeling disheartened by the recent nerfs to the Feral Druid specialization, I would recommend rerolling as a Protection Paladin. It offers a versatile and dependable option for both PVP and PVE, with the added bonus of being able to tank and heal, making them a valuable asset to any raid or PVP team.
I understand that it can be difficult to adjust to a new specialization, but I assure you that Protection Paladins can provide a satisfying and enjoyable gameplay experience. Give it a try, you might just find that it’s a perfect fit for you
Is this new copypasta?
