However, I would have a much better experience as a Feral Tank if we had some increased threat generation. I don’t want to mess with the damage numbers or anything and I think making as few changes as possible is a good idea. Given everyone’s increased DPS Bear threat scaling has been left in the dust.
Possibly attaching a +20% threat generation to Bear Form and Dire Bear Form would do the trick. (Perhaps buffing the threat on Swipe specifically due to AOE tanking being the primary issue?)
