Elemental Spirits provide a greater physical damage increase in PvP compared to regular Feral Spirits, while also enhancing elemental damage for Fire, Frost, and Nature.
Currently, on live servers, Feral Spirits are nerfed to a 5% physical damage increase per wolf in PvP. In contrast, Elemental Spirits grant a 10% physical damage increase per wolf, in addition to a 10% boost to Fire, Frost, and Nature damage.
Regular Feral Spirits should not be dealing less physical damage than their elemental counterpart—this seems like a significant oversight. Are there any Shaman developers available to adjust this PvP modifier, for better or worse?
With so many modifiers in play, it’s almost surprising that Blizzard hasn’t lost track of them all.

I brought this up during ptr here and in the ptr forums, reported it as well, not sure if they’ll be able to get to it but its def an oversight and I cant blame them the modifiers are hard to keep track of especially when certain abilities are buffed/nerfed based on tier sets at the time too.
It’d be nice to maybe just get a refresh on pvp modifiers at some point, or allow for them to be seen in game reliably ie in a tooltip rather than “pvp training dummies” because the pvp training dummies use a lot of the pve modifiers instead lol.
but yeah ele spirits giving 20% phys increase compared to regular spirits giving 10% should def be adjusted prob. Suggestion I’d make so we dont take a nerf to physical damage from wolves is: Buff Feral spirits to 10% Phys damage per wolf which gets us to 20%, and nerf Ele Spirits to 5% per wolf so it’d be 10% phys, or leave ele spirits how it is and buff feral spirits so it offers more phys damage.

Yes, the way they put those modifiers on the live version, it looks like they simply forgot about Feral Spirits.
And if it was intentional, it’s as if they didn’t want any Enhancement Shamans to use a Stormstrike-based build.
