I’ve missed the screeches over time.ive ignored them not knowing about the hidden feral skin.do I have to wait until I hear them again? Or will the ones that have gone off will be at the spots? I’ve seen them pop up more than a few times over last few months or so but never paid any attention to it looked around online but cant really figure it out
Essentially when you go into the grove, once a day theres a chance of a script to activate and say you need to find a stone in one of the portals.
I used to think this script reset along with WQ’s/Raid Resets/ etc. but found that sometimes porting to the grove multiple times a day would yield calls despite going to the grove earlier that day.
There’s a script that you can find in the owlstone wowhead comments that you can run and will tell you if your character ‘rolled’ true for certain events like whether or not you went to the grove today and got a call to go to a specific stone, or whether a stone in a specific zone is active and you can go and grab it.
Took me about a month checking, and re checking about 3-4 times a day. Pretty annoying, but cool skin. Personally, out of all the cat skins in the game, having all of them cept the mage tower and BoP quest, I still prefer the vanilla NE cats.
Good info above. There’s definitely info online that can help you track down the skin. I like a lot of the feral skins, much more so then the vanilla ones. I have the tower ones too though.
If you look on Wowhead for the hidden artifact skins, they have some scripts/macros that can check if you’ve had a screech or not. You can use that to see if there’s one available for you
Thanks for the responses. I have seen the screeches one up multiple times over the past few months had I known I’d of had it by now lol hopefully I’ll figure something out and be able to get it. So if the screech for example came up 2 weeks ago for say ferals would that owlstone still be at that spot this time later? Or will need to get another screech
Im 99% sure the screech only constitutes for that specific day. So you will have to wait for another feralas call

Run your script every day. It took me a couple of weeks once I realized how it worked.
I got sparkle kitty even though I don’t play feral, because I had the artifact and a housemate who wanted to try it. But as far as I’m concerned, the best cat appearance of all is the Druid of the Flame from Firelands - Fandral’s Seed Pouch that drops off Fandral Staghelm. Use it with the Fire-Watcher’s Oath for a super-hot look. Double it with the Super Simian Sphere at least once.
And I’m not going to tell you how to live your life, but you haven’t lived until you’ve had multiple druids on multiple accounts, all using the Druid of the Flame cat form, the Fire-watcher’s Oath, and the Super Simian Sphere.

Ive started leveling my second druid to get the pouch. I used to think people were crazy leveling multiple druids to farm a stupid toy…
Lol! I love it! I have two druids myself as it is my favorite class to play I want a druid of every race actually eventually!
I still haven’t got the last screech and I only need one more!
I’ve opened up a couple of tickets and haven’t got any tips or suggestions they said nothings bugged so I guess its RNG just not on my side…I hope I will get it soon I really want the moonspirit form so bad it hurts lol and I was going to go for the pouch in firelands too but heard its very low drop rate I read.maybe In time and after I get my moonspirit I’ll try to get it lol
Easier to get one of the other hidden ones unlocked…say resto.
And then through pvp you can unlock the other hidden specs in less than a day.

i have the white and black one but im working on other colors too, but yes wildheart is right they happen randomly once a week or once a day
