Been about 6 months since I last played, and now with the ability to wear 2 Legendaries, I was wondering if the Night-Fae only Legendary Celestial Spirits is worth it?
I’m currently running Apex and plan to still go with that. I’ll be focusing on mainly M+
So it’s either Apex + CS or Apex + CoLD
CS has good synergy with Niya’s Grove Invigoration which boosts Mastery a lot which can cause some intense AoE numbers via Primal Wrath, and big Bites, but CoLD benefit is always present as well.
Any insight?
It’s hard to say until we know how the 2-piece and 4-piece set bonuses work. Those alone will change your legendary choice. Questions I’m seeing floating around are:
- Can you use a cancel aura macro to proc the set bonus?
- Will free bites from apex synergize with the 2-piece bonus?
- Will Frenzyband’s berserk reduction stack with the 2-piece bonus? This may be a pick to consider for AoE, given that swipe will apply a bleed during berserk. I could see Incarnation being a solid pick combined with this legendary to.
- Less important for PvE and more important for PvP… will the 4-piece proc when you’re crowd controlled?
To answer your question, I would say CS+apex will be a safe pick if they synergizes with the 2-piece bonus via free bites.
Even before 9.2, Celestial Spirits is easily the best legendary for Feral right now.

Also, is it restricted to 9.2 for wearing 2? So right now it’s still just 1 at a time?
Yes, 2 legendaries comes with 9.2.

One of them has to be a covenant legendary, so yes you’ll be wearing Celestial anyway.

Is CS currently BiS for a Night Fae Feral? I don’t have the Cinders required to craft CS yet so I’ll stick with Apex, and yeah yeah, “just sim it” - but I don’t like doing that lol
To my knowledge, yes it is. I think it’ll be the same come 9.2 if there isn’t much tuning done.

Ugh…I’m nowhere near crafting CS and i’m already missing hitting those free Bites. There’s just something about spamming Ferocious Bite when PW sets Rip on 10+ mobs.

In 9.1.5 there is no cap to how much you can run Torghast now. The only thing keeping you from making the legendary is gold.

Ah see, the outdoors are my thing. But I just moved to Texas over these last few months I’ve been gone and kinda livin’ on the desert side of the state and my outdoor activities have kinda plummeted.
I could still get my nature hikes and trail riding done, but I choose to see the girlfriend off to work and get the kids to school instead.
