Feral frenzy being a 45s cd after being 30s in Dragonflight is what made the specs rotation feel extremely fluid. I almost figured that with the feedback from that 4-set it would be baked into our tree this xpac, unfortunately that wasn’t the case.
Tiger’s fury being a 30s cd with a 15s buff causes awkward ‘wait’ times to use it to ensure it lines up with the feral frenzy window. you’re already in a weird spot waiting for energy to even use tiger’s fury to maximize the damage but then having to wait additional time to make sure you can fit frenzy into that tiger fury pandemic window. Overall, it just feels bad.
It’s clunky. Nerf the damage to compensate for the sake of the fluidity of the rotation.
for reference for those who aren’t aware of the s3/s4 4-set of feral. You can only imagine going from this to what we have now.

+1, the CD of FF should be 30s baseline and the other effects S3 tier set being brought back somewhere would be a nice single target/prio option to exist in the tree.

I’m with you on the cooldown reduction, but I’m not so sure I want to see the other aspects of the DF S3 set. I really like the situation we have now where Feral Frenzy has its place but it’s not a permanent pick. If we got any of the other aspects of the tier set, I feel like it would become mandatory for all content.
I don’t like it when a tier set requires you to take a talent at the very bottom of the tree. that just basically forces everyone that plays that spec that season to take that talent whether they like it or not.
instead of lowering the cooldown I would have a talent that gave finishing moves a 15% chance to reset the cooldown of feral frenzy and give feral frenzy 2 charges. this would add some excitement to the spec and rotation.
I would also introduce a talent that will cast a tiger’s fury for free whenever you activate berserk, but it will last half as long. hopefully this means you will have less situations where playing optimally would mean not using tiger’s fury because you are specifically waiting for a big damage window
Same, I also do not like it in our Hero Talents. If we are being forced to pick something for Hero or gear they should make that talent baseline or give it to us for free from the gear.
