Lower than Omen procs which should literally always be used on Shred which can hit extremely hard too. Just sayin.
Idk i always liked the playstyle of juggling maintenance buffs and procs and timers. Its why i enjoyed ICC Fury so much. Was intense and felt rewarding.
I wouldnt mind that kind of rng. We kinda have that with omen of clarity when we can reach it again but its easy to mess up and hit mangle instead of shred if youre not paying attention. But no gore will be much worse than normal rng it resets tigers fury which is a 30 second cd that with the koj rune give 15% dmg and 60 energy. When you powershift with furor and wolfs head its also 60 energy. You have 100 energy total and its gonna screw with the main resource randomly. Its much worse than an instant cast proc on an ability
