If that’s not enough you can also get an addon to help you such as WeakAuras or something similar.

What Starla said. I’ve found the easiest way is to make a simple weak aura. If you do set a WA make sure the trigger is for “Clearcasting” and not Omen of Clarity.

Tornado = Wild Strike/Windfury

White Flash/Noise = Omen

Make a weak aura for clear casting and put the snow globe icon right on top of your toon.
