I would love to see balance viable again, but having them broken to the point where i feel forced to play balance over feral like I did in s1 feels awful. I’ll admit that it was nice for a change of pace but I definitely preferred the choice, not the demand.

You claimed that kyrian was better, but even with your own testing, it wasn’t. The sole benefit of having a short lived mastery buff (to buff 4pc) was still comparable to NF (which also grants convoke burst and longer buff)

As for the damage… I’m sure our vastly different stats are playing a major role. I’m crit/mastery, while you’re in high vers pvp gear? Also… were you attacking a lvl 50 or 60 dummy…Raid,dungeon or swarm. They aren’t the same.

It was. It is. Just not by as large an amount. Though i was getting very consisten numbers eith kyriam and necro nught fae was all over the place. Had some as low as 9k some at 11.3 some at 10.something. im really not used to night fae so not sure whoch buffs i wasnt grabbing.
Kyrian was definitelt the better option. Night fae only arguement is that it lasts longer but idc about that
It says in the screenshot it was swarm. I dont think necrolord has one? I cluldnt find it if it did.

I couldnt stack higher than just pressing convoke. I think i got one stack higher but it took like 10 seconds of dps, long after berserk fell off. And that was my point. Best case scenario itbwas almost on par with kyrian. Worst case it was significantly worse and its kind of a rng shot which is gonna happen.
I mean the context of this is questing. Any way you go about it is massive overkill. In a raid i agree youre right, but its 10 mobs with 60k-ish hp its gonna be slaughtered pretty much.
It’s typically a constant 2 stack. Sometimes it falls off. sometimes it stacks to 6.
Why is your min sickle tic only 400?

Feral does real work on Lords, but like with any other melee your effectiveness is gated behind how bad the rest of your melee are at not getting extra stacks. Don’t even need to be Necro for it to be good, you just run an entirely single target setup. The fact you get Potion + Sigil twice on damage amps really helps.
In terms of parsing, sure. But it’s what you do your damage to on that fight which matters. We’re really good at killing Monstrous Souls with funnel, blasting Reflections, and popping Souls if needed.

Its getting there. Idk how youre getting so much more value from nf than i am. I literally cannot get nf to out perform kyrian with sickle.
If nf is actually supposed to outperform kyrian i just cant figure it out. Tf rake trinkets zerk convoke and it does anywhere between 9k and 11k max tics amd i cant get anything more

Hmm. Maybe thats it? My %increase is 30% i think… idk that the 1.5% is even close to accpunting for the gap. If we normalized our kyrian damages your night fae wpuld be like 13-14k compared to me barely breaking 11k most of the time
