Not in BFA. While we can wield daggers we can’t actually dual-wield them. The Fangs of Ashamane are an exception. In all other expansions we use agility pole arms.
They will drop for you if you are Balance or Resto, but you can only equip one at a time and they are only daggers with int on them. The artifact weapon from Legion is the one exception.
That was more for lore than anything. And technically we weren’t “dual wielding”. All the Artifact weapons were tied to the primary weapon position. It was mostly just for looks than actually wielding daggers unfortunately.
As others have said above, we can’t get agility dagger, fist, or mace drops. We can get intelligence ones as Balance or Resto, but Feral and Guardian only get 2h staves and pole arms as drops.
The reason is because:
- we can’t dual wield. The only exception would be our artifact weapons (dual fists and dual daggers).
- We can wield off hand items as seen by Resto and Balance, but there are no agility off hands.
So we technically can use one handed agility daggers, maces, and fist weapons, but we would have no off hand weapon and thus be gimping ourselves. If someone gets an agility one hand drop, they can still trade it to you for you to equip.
You kind of need to have someone else get the AGI daggers and then trade them to you.
AGI daggers wont drop for us, like flavorpuss says above.
Int daggers will.
ALL daggers will drop in a legacy loot scenario.
