Actually most of the members were in the 30-40 range.
Maybe instead of victim blaming you should acknowledge that just because you never noticed it doesn’t mean it’s not prevalent.

My female guild members, my daughter, my wife and my female friends who play have never once experienced any of this. Please do not attempt to generalize your personal experience.

There was no victim blaming in their post. They simply pointed out to find another guild and that they have not experienced any of this.
Factual statistics from a large sample size of all players would have to be done in order to call this “prevalent.”
We should keep away from such hyperbole and hostility towards someone else’s experience.
personally my experience with this in bfa and sl has been much, much, much better than cata/mop/wod

Maybe instead of playing the victim, you shouldn’t generalize an entire group of people by the actions of the few. How would I not notice the topic at hand since it is quite obvious the moment I’m on guild disc or group disc that I’m female? Or are you trying to state we should judge the whole group by an individual? Sounds like it. Your personal salt aside, it’s just not as prevalent as is being claimed. As I said:

Both factions.
Different realms.
Multiple guilds.
Never once have I seen it in guild.
Can recall 2 rando creepers. My daughter plays too as this man says, and she has not had any harassment of any kind. You probably aren’t a parent judging from the lack of maturity with which you speak, but that IS something I have always ( and will continue to do so) paid close attention to…

Fair point. All my guilds have been predominantly male by a large margin. Yet I still haven’t seen the train wrecks people are claiming here.
