I could understand removing the idle animation where they twirl their fingers around the nipples while making an ahegao face, but the bouncing is completely tame.
the nelf bouncing is just a body reflex because night-elf woman are masters of agility.
it has nothing to do with them being sad or happy.
it looks like something women do to keep warm in cold weather 
it’s not suggestive.
I agree with OP though. Nelf females are supposed to be the warlike gender of their race, so having them all cartoon and bouncing is just weird. Kevin Jordan even admitted that he tried to suggest they make the human female the more inappropriate dance since it was not lore appropriate for nelf, and he was laughed out of the room.
please replace all night elves with bowls of fruit
