The female Kul Tiran is currently lacking some face animations when using particular skills. This is most noticeable in the Character Creation when picking classes such as Warrior or Priest; their face will remain completely stiff when performing Heroic Leap or Prayer of Healing. Meanwhile, every single other race and body type has proper face animations for skills like those. This is not exclusive to the CC screen, as in-game they also wont move their faces when using those spells. Not sure if this counts as a bug, but would be nice if they get equal treatment as all other races.

I reported this during the DF beta but it hasn’t been fixed yet. Sadly is a clear example of how certain races get better treatment and more attention than others.
