Yes, can confirm. Most noticeable if one half of the face is in shadow, as that part about the brow will be illuminated although the rest of that face half is in shadow.
Already reported that when I noticed it in the Beta, guess not enough people saw it back then

Oh its still broken cool. Also Season 1 Shadowlands armor is broken too.
