certainly on an item like felstriker. i still feel cheated, although still definitely awesome i never had one in original so i wont know for sure but, just having the buff icon bug makes me think other stuff was off.
I have Ironfoe and Felstriker, Felstriker is indeed broken I keep getting dodges and parry’s during the proc “guaranteed to hit and crit” sure… they should just give it same mechanics overpower has so it can’t dodge / parry / block, all it does is raise your crit by 100% for 3 sec.
Ok…but is your main hand or offhand missing that’s quite an important detail as felstriker only gives the buff to the hand the weapon is in.
In my experience Felstriker is working properly. The proc will add 100% hit and 100% crit to your character, however this will not protect you from the 40% chance of hitting a glancing blow on a level 63 mob, as well as the mobs chance to parry/block/dodge. Glancing blows cannot crit, regardless of your crit chance.
