Good afternoon, I am writing to tell you about the following problem to see if you can please help me. I have a character which for a few days when trying to enter the game, appears in a distorted background in silithus and proceeds to immediately disconcert without the possibility of doing anything. Then I get the error code wow51900319.
Checking the forums many users have experienced the bug, and some have solved it with the service Character stuck - Falling through the world. However in my case I have done it at least 3 times and it has not worked for me.
I have already tried the following options: 1) the option to explore and repair 2) uninstall the game to reinstall it and 3) Resetting the user interface, but none works.
If someone could give me some advice I would really appreciate it.

Yes, 3 times and nothing. 
I have the same issue. The character stuck self-service doesn’t work after at least 10 tries. My character is stuck falling into the heart chamber in Silithus. I’ve tried updating my DNS settings, reinstalling the game on multiple devices, and flushing my DNS along with wiping out my Interface, Cache, and WTF folders. Nothing seems to help and all of my Windows updates are current.
This is also happening to me, there is no opportunity to use unstuck since we are free-falling through the map and it DC’s me within seconds
After maintenance today this is still not fixed
You both need to submit a character stuck ticket. This is not the self help service, but handled by an actual GM. They are high priority and should be handled quickly. Here is the link
