My character fell through the terrain in The Ringing Deeps. Now, I cannot log back on it. I’ve waited 24 hours and still no luck. I cannot use the self-service unstuck option for beta it seems. Does anyone have a solution for this that doesn’t involve deleting my character?
A lot of people have been reporting the issues. Keep reporting. I hope bliz is testing the character retrieval process. There have been so many.

Just create a new character, start over. You’ll get back where you were before devs fix your stuck character.
And bug report whatever made your other character fall through the terrain with details so they can fix it for future builds.

Usually when this happens to me it resolved itself after like 15-20 minutes.
If it’s been a full day then sadly I would do what Vhx said and just make a new character. Beta is beta.
