Fell off world, cant log in to that toon

I was on Bastion, Path of Wisdom in SL. I jumped through a hole, I can tell I’m suppose to be dead but keep being disconnected every time I try to log in it just d/c’s me. I get about 3 secs where I can see I should be falling but then it freezes me and d/c’s me.
