Just really quick, is it supposed to appear right after getting my Legion skinning to 100, or do I have to wait a certain amount of time?
They should show up once you’ve hit the skinning prereqs and Uniting the Isles to show WQs. The first skinning quest in Dalaran is probably required but I assume that’s done already.
Wowhead comments over the years mention possibly needing to relog or delete the cache folder to show new WQs, but with other Legion professions I’ve leveled recently the WQs show up a minute or so after hitting profession level 25.
