I completed all five alters. The chest will not appear. I have the torch activated. I put on the starry goggles. I ran the macro which says each alter is true and chest is false. I went back to the felcycle room and the orb has five lights around 6 o’clock.
How important is not opening the chest and looting ancient shaman blood? Did I miss a step? Any insight would be great.
Required for 8 o’clock.
Sounds like you did everything right so not sure especially since you used the macro. Sorry not much help
The ancient shaman blood is a must to get credit so the chest needs to be opened to get credit for the torch.

You need to complete the 5 O’Clock Pylon and get the relic from Feasel before you can see the Spectral Chest, even if you do the altars.
Yeah you can’t skip the pet one or the chest won’t appear.

It is 100% required that you don’t skip any steps whatsoever.
Also make sure to always keep everything from these secrets because you will very likely need them later.

There’s a macro for 6 Oclock thst lists all the shrines and the chest… the chest is invisible unless using the goggles and is required to both complete 6 and start 8.

Oh nevermind, you’re skipping steps… thats all on you… it very clearly states you need to do everything in order… you can’t just skip 5 and do 6 cuz you want to. Gotta do them in order.
I purchased the relic of crystal connections. The chest was visible and I obtained the shaman blood. Thanks again for getting me back on track.
I’m having problem with Void Altar, all other altars are triggering the magnifying glass icon right, but Void altar does not trigger with any “void” pets.
I got everything else right until this, and the macro still states false even for the altars that triggered right.
Have no idea what to do now…
I used Anubisath Void Idol. It worked for me. If all else fails, I read that you can just camp there and if someone has all the stuff it will give you credit.
Has anyone figured out the issue with this? ive gotten all of the other alter’s done, all show as true. ive gotten the void alter to give me the emote about the spirit appreciating me. but i check to see if its done and its not. and i cant see the chest still.
I had the same issue. On a previous orb, I got the cupcakes but didn’t take it to Booty Bay to get the relic. Once I did that I could see the chest .
So, quick question regarding the pet battle. I beat it, and when I went back to Karazahn the Orb was there. However, I did not get the Cupcake, so now I am unable to loot the chest to progress. Do I have to wait for the next day to do this again and get the cupcake, or am I just sol now?
Did you get a quest prior to the pet battle? If not you missed something prior. Once you finish the pet battle you will get quest Master of Secrets. Then take Golden Muffin and 9 pieces of Hate to get the Relic of Crystal Connections.
I’m having an issue with the succubus one. I’ve tried going naked, using the steamy romance novel kit toy and having a sister of temptation out.
I am having same issue, Succubus I have sister of temp out, tried both naked and transmog blind items, have a steamy romance novel…Have torch out…Cannot get credit only on succubus. I even get magnifying glass but no credit
Does running the macro require an addon, I’m still in the middle of pet grinding?
