I have been “farming” for months.
Be it reputation or achievements or anything else.
I have several mounts with “blood” in the name and none of them trigger the Blood Orb.

Pet and Toy (Blood Orb) trigger properly. Camping is a no-go as anyone coming here is unable to trigger the orb for the mount… this is very annoying. I have pretty completed every other future step. Farmed the pets, toys and everything I need after this Altar…
I checked the wowhead guide and it wasn’t very helpful as it just says “most mounts with blood in the name.”
Maybe try looking up a different guide that will list a few mounts that are known to have worked in the past.
Armored Bloodwing is the mount i used.
Specifically:
Pet: Blood Boil
Toy: Throbbing Blood Orb
Mount: Armored Bloodwing
