(Wanted to ask if you can only get this form during Legion Timewalking and if so do you have to be max Druid and heavily geared to get through the event? Wasn’t sure if I had time to get a fully geared up druid to try to get Fel form if it’s still even available. I tried to WoWhead for current guide but I could only find one dating back to January. Thanks for your help and time.)

The mage tower is up 24/7. You get scaled down, so you need to focus on good stats, not more stats.
The event is scaled similar to timewalking. Being max level is recommended because you have access to all your talents, but last I heard the best gear was lower level stuff that had more sockets. That could have changed, though. Either way, it’s more about execution than gearing.
You definitely don’t need super good gear. I found it shockingly easy with very mediocre world content gear. The important thing is to learn the different mechanics and phases of the encounter. There are lots of great video guides on youtube. The one used leaned into your arcane damage. It’s extremely strong for what you have to deal with because you can keep doing damage while sitting outside of some big dangers.
So then you can do the druid one and get fel werebear at any time then?
