Hello!
I farmed 3x Orb of the Fel Temptress a while ago (took some time) for the Fel Succubus skin for each spec. With patch 10.1.5, my Succubus has returned to its normal skin and the Fel form is locked for my character.
Is this a bug or is re-farming it intended?

Fairly sure it’s intended. I had all the glyphs and such for other pets unlocked, and had to re-gain them (luckily this guy is a scribe) to unlock them. Ridiculous, but eh.
If this is intended then Blizzard needs to put out a blue post on it. People who already had these should be grandfathered in and not stuck wondering where the items they already spent time, gold and effort unlocking have vanished to.
I spoke with a GM, and they said there isn’t any information about already-applied glyphs going missing with the update. They informed me the next step was to submit a bug report, so here I am. Blizz, please be aware this is a major issue, as this isn’t technically a glyph (not player created), and the drop-rate now as opposed to when Legion was live for the Orb of the Fel Temptress is even more miserable than it already was, thanks to legacy loot. This desperately needs to be addressed, thanks.
This was addressed in the CS forums the other day and it is indeed intended as blizzards CAN and WILL wipe any of your hard work or progress from the past 10+ years at any given moment they choose without any compensation.
If that’s the case, then there is some serious disconnect between their in-game GM customer support and elsewhere. Not that that would be all that surprising, but still, this was submitted in this forum per their direction.
Same. This is depressing. Farming isn’t engaging. I did this once. I dont want to wats emu time on an annoying grind it already suffered through once.
OK, here’s what I’ve learned. Support won’t answer, so I went myself to the dungeon and farmed it again, to see if I need to do it 9 times again for each warlock and spec. The good news is that it’s now an account wide unlock, and works for all toons, specs, and realms. So, I only had to farm one. Yes, it sucks, Blizz can take anything at any time, but the truth is, they probably won’t mail these out to people they stole it from. They’ screwed up plenty in the past from gear, professions, and mounts, so I guess everyone will have to go back and farm it again. They also killed the macro. “/cast summon fel succubus” no longer works, and I can’t fix my macro. Even if I remove “fel”, it doesn’t work, so I can summon all my other demons with a macro, but no longer the Succubus.
Pretty sure that is because the spell is called Summon Sayaad now because it is used to summon a succubus and an incubus depending on what you pick, but I’m glad to know I don’t need to farm it multiple times anymore.
I finally just got back on my warlock I had all the green stuff unlocked and then my succubus was not green anymore 
I spent weeks getting that unlocked. it also changed her name L lizard entertainment
Took me 15 tries on heroic Catherdral of Eternal Night.
I ran to the second floor. Killed off all the succies before the first boss.
Jumped off the balcony. Ran out the instance. Reset instance.
Wash, Rinse, Repeat!
