Youre thinking of blade dance.
Since DH is not starting at level 98 (or the equivalent of that) they will get spells and spell ranks as they level up. You get 1 fel rush at whatever level and the rank 2 of the spell at whatever level will asd the 2nd charge.
as of right now in Beta you can level from 1-60 in 13 hours so none of it really matters we get almost the same kit we have now, it’s just tweaked down in a few places
so one sec dodge every 5 min? only when we have meta?
