Lore wise it might not work… Red orcs are from corrupted blood of a overlord (Mannoroth) specifically. Its a unique trait only he seems to have and vanishes when he is killed.
I don’t think you can get red orcs any other way.
…i’m a little tired but doesn’t the horde have fel orcs at the catalysm dark portal? 
edit: Found it. 
edit 2: Before the druids take me, I do remember the last fel orc warchief and has had some importance to lore remains with no canon death.

That would make for a good questline actually. The Fel Orcs were hyped up on Magtheridon Blood. With Illidan out of commission, and the Legion gone, there’re so many parties on Outland left abandoned. It’d be nice to see Thrall or someone go and try and help these orcs. I’m not sure if they’re truly crazed, but with Kargath dead, who better to help settle their bloodlust? Of course, it’s been quite some time.
Man, a game or something based in outland, focusing on the Era Post TBC would be interesting. or maybe I just love TBC.

Hell yes, I want to be a Fel Orc!
With all that stuff and not just the skin color, but also the spikes, glowing eyes, etc. Not forgetting the fel orcs from WoD who look badass!
Hopefully with a questline to unlock the Fel Orcs and bring back Fenris, the only missing leader of the Old Guard. But I would also be happy about Tagar.
I mean they made Man’ari eredar playable so why not? No one is mistrustful of anyone, everyone is allowed everywhere.
The fel orcs of Outland were Illidan’s henchmen. Them coming over to The Horde with Illidan’s return is kind of overdue.
It’s strange that the Fel Orcs don’t appear in Legion. Naga came to help, which is understandable, as did the Broken. But I don’t really understand the Shivarra why they were there. Fel Orcs would have been better.
Illidan had a whole wing of the black temple dedicated to demons that fed on emotions (Succubi, Inccubi, Shivarra).
Makes sense to me that some of them would still be on his side.
