I am using a Vengeance Demon Hunter and my ability Fel Devastation won’t work. It is completely greyed out and I remember using this ability in the past but it has been awhile since I have played. I even get maxed out pain thinking it might have that cost but nothing will make it work. Any help with what I might be doing wrong?

That ability is a talent. Do you have it selected?
According to Armory, OP has Gluttony in that tier. Which would explain why Fel Devastation doesn’t work. It’s not available because it was talented away from.
