Can someone tell me what drop “Tichondrius” means – to get the recipe?
Can someone point me to a guide on how to craft one of these?
It drops from the boss Tichondrius in the Nighthold raid, and has to be on at least normal difficulty (no LFR), and will only drop if you have Blacksmithing.
As long as your Legion Blacksmithing level is 100, you can learn the recipe, and from there it’s just a matter of getting all the materials required and making it.

Is it a low drop rate?
I don’t think so. In fact, I believe it might be 100% if you have Blacksmithing. You can even get it before you have the proper skill level to make it.
