As in title, if you feign death anywhere where the “Netherwing orc/dragonmaw orc” disguise is active your character will return to their true race and all of the quest givers and other NPCs on netherwing ledge will become hostile to the player.
The only way I have been able to restore my disguise was to either die if I was stuck in the mines or fly off the netherwing area and return.

I suggest posting this in the WoW Classic Bug Report forum, as Technical Support is for dealing with technical issues (game crashes, black screen, etc).

Ah alright, I posted this in the “bug report” forum too because I wasn’t sure where the appropriate place was (I thought they used to have a in-game bug support thing but couldn’t find it)
