yeah i guess, the speed will add like 4% while sta only adds 1%
I wish speed didnt exist as a stat. But its the only answer.

Speed on Bracers, Boots and the Leech + Regen Cloak (while out of combat) looks more useful than the smaller 125 Speed + Hearth Cd on cloak. %'s
Personal preference though.
Speed is always the correct answer lol.
Wish they would add in heirloom boots so I could enchant a pair with minor speed, not having 10% increased movement is painful.
