Feels like im on a low pop server 😕

Im playing on Whitemane, which is one of the most populated servers (based off queue times), and yet it feels like there isnt many players around. While questing i can understand that this is normal, as im rather behind everyone in terms of level (just started loch modan). But even when im in Stormwind/Ironforge, there doesnt seem to be many people playing.

Maybe im just use to seeing so many people in major cities while playing bfa (cuz everyone just sits in queue), or maybe this is how it was back before WoD increased the realm cap (and i just forgot), but i kinda feel like layering might be the culprit. I have a sneaking suspicion that blizz is holding out on a layers popluation due to the inevitable removal of layering. It feels like blizz is getting us ready for the queue times that might be even bigger come phase 2…puts on tinfoil hat

it’s cause they only put the equivalent of a medium or almost-medium pop server on each layer, since this is roughly around the population of an original vanilla server. what you’re not seeing is all the other people on different layers around you.

really wish they would just remove layering …it doesn’t effect the ques people are now spread out …really what is the point in it again?

It’s because they’re all leveling

Or on a different layer

BOOM GET DUNKED ON BLIZZARD

It’s not meant to deal with queues, its to stop the servers from dying due to the massive amount of people playing on them. if we didnt have layering, we wouldnt be able to play lol
