I feel it is rather silly that they can glide, and turn to a big monster demon with wings, but they can not fly,. Only 2 specs, seems lazy but no big deal I guess. Then you give them wings, but they can only float with them? Really? I feel pretty bad for those who want that option. I love the DK water walking, feels right. Not giving DH the ability to fly like a Druid can with their travel form feels silly.

That was funny. I main a DK and alt Druid and Mage. When I see DH players it always seems really lame to have the wings to float, but not being able to use them for flight.

Demon hunters need to start getting repeatedly hit with the Nerf bat until they’ve actually sacrificed something rather than just bragging about how they sacrificed everything. Letting them fly too is exactly the opposite of what needs to happen to that massively OP class.

Btw, you can glide from broken shore dalaran to almost any zone below.

To be fair, every Demon and bat and Demon bat in WoW has ruined wings, but that doesn’t stop them from flying.
That said, I am against Demon Hunters having nice things. In fact, I am simply against Demon Hunters.

I still think DH should have gotten a flight form for their Legion class mount. I mained a DH at the time and think the fat bat mounts are by far the ugliest in the entire game.
The mounting animation was cool tho, ill give it that.

Agreed, only reason i have a dh is because they’re the only class that can use moonglaives and i wanted a night elf sentinel/huntress themed character
According to all known laws of aviation, there is no way a demon hunter should be able to fly. It’s wings are too small to get its fat little body off the ground. The demon hunter, of course, flies anyways because demon hunters don’t care what humans think is impossible.

I’m cool with not being able to fly. If you want to fly, roll a druid. I love my glide (until I’m on a alt and jump off a mountain forgetting i can’t glide), and I’m cool with it being just that.

Look at the size of DH wings…
Im pretty sure those physics don’t quite work out.
You would need raid boss sized Illidan wings on the default player sized body, and the energy expenditure would be pretty intense I imagine having to flap such large and heavy wings.
During Legion I said our class mount should have just been our ability to fly.

I got a tiny violin playing for you bud.
I’m perfectly fine with my double jump rush to glide. If you ask me a bit unfair.
This alone makes it hard for me to play other classes.
