Feeling about plunderstorm

NGL, i like that game mode pretty much, but after i hit 40 renowns on it, i completely stopped playing the mode. It’s been many days since i stopped playing that mode. I liked that mode, but i have no feeling to play it after gaining the rewards.

Sounds like you didn’t actually like it for real, then, and only played it because there was a rewarding incentive.

You will like it again once it’s on Xbox

I didn’t like it at all, but I also hate PVP. It was a miserable experience haha but I’m happy I powered through and got the rewards. I felt proud of myself for completing it.

Never gonna play again though :dracthyr_comfy_blue:

Mixed on it.

I won’t play this again since I got all the rewards, but if PS came out again in a year I’d do it again.

It would probably even be an easier experience because I did this one before the buff to plunder earned.

What? Do people usually keep playing games after they “beat” them and have unlocked all of the achievs and seen everything? I know I sure don’t.

I guess I have never liked any game I have ever played(/s)

It has a peg leg. I’m not sure why but it bothers me :frowning:

I played it for the mounts and mogs, as I do most of the modes in this game outside of regular questing and leveling. I enjoyed it enough and would do it again if they did a new one with new rewards. Only thing I disliked was dying to someone right away or npcs within the first couple minutes, otherwise I was good and would just defend myself or bail after I was satisfied with my plunder amount.

So…if players stop playing any content or video game once they’ve accomplished a goal it means they didn’t actually like the game?

I stopped doing the raid on heroic after I got Aotc, seedling, and blossom.

Does this mean I actually didn’t enjoy the raid? I thought I did, but maybe I was mistaken.

I also stopped doing keys once I was mostly 489 and hit 3100. Turns out I must not actually have enjoyed doing keys since I stopped playing them for the season.

So, you really don’t like it that much. If you liked it you would be playing for the “fun” factor.

Very few people do anything in this game without expectation of reward.

Or any game. They are setting the most ridiculous goal posts.

Wrong, I have played lots of games just for the fun of it. This particular game does seem to be the carrot and the task format.

So people wouldn’t be doing anything in WoW without rewards?

YOU have. But saying that people do not enjoy things that they stop after they have reached their goals is a ridiculous measure of enjoyment.

I sure wouldn’t. Heck, a lot of times I dont do anything in WoW even if there are rewards. I guess I don’t enjoy this game either. Thanks for letting me know.

This is a new game mode so if they quit after level 40 renown, yeah they didn’t like it that much.

Yeah, just making things up based on what I said…good for you.

Just applying your rediculous standards to the games I played.

Still trying to figure out any games that I have actually enjoyed based on your rules…since apparently I have spent so much of my free time doing things I hated

Nope, just making up crap!

That sounds like most people that played Plunderstorm. People were mainly there for the WoW transmogs instead of the gameplay. The funny thing is I’ll still jump into a Superploom every now and then for gold and seeds, but I’ll never touch Plunderstorm again. It was a lot of effort by Blizz for something that only lasted a few weeks.
