Feel like im unable to play the game

i tried a HC priest on HC server and so far its been a miserable experience. Everywhere I go I get people going “buff! buff??? where buffffff”“” doesnt matter if im in town with 1000 people or out of mana doing a quest and literary cant buff even myself.

if its not buff i get people saying “help! halppp!!!”" cause they pull to much and expect me to save them so now i have this constant anxiety and have to check everyones health bar no matter where i am. I was literally shaking last night every moment i was playing in fear of letting someone die.

So just let them die.

People shouldn’t expect others to help them out of a :poop: situation just because they happen to be around.

And healing will put you on the aggro table, amd if it doesn’t just pull threat immediately, they will all come to you after the deaggro who ever they were initially after.

I ain’t putting myself in a position to die just to help someone else’s poor playing and you shouldn’t feel obligated to either.

I do too and then I tell them “thanks I work out”

Yeah, this is some really weird concern trolling.

Someone’s mad at Hardcorpse, I guess.

You need to learn a thicker skin. Also, get over your co-dependence. People die in HC. That’s what keeps the world balanced - just look at all the players in the starter zones. Most of the time, people are in a jamb because they did something stupid. Its a learning experience for them. If you interact at all, just laugh. When you feel like healing others, wait till you are in a group you like.

If I see a player in the open world in a kind of tough in-combat situation, I’ll toss regrowth, rejuvenation, motw and travel form out of there without a second thought. Hopefully it was enough to get them through and I’m long since out of tether range.

And, no, people in general don’t ask for buffs.

Try to get past 20 then very few ask for help or buffs.

I have never had anyone ask me for a buff. Maybe it’s because I buff everyone I see. If you don’t want to buff anyone, there are several classes that provide no buffs.

try taking the prohealer out of your name if you can’t keep up with the buffs

Things that didn’t happen for 500 gold Alex.

thanks but i dont want to be hacked

It’s just a macro.

People are so easily baited…

I doubt it’s everywhere you go, in my entire time playing my priest. I had one person whisper me twice for fort and I whispered back “sry nvm learned no monies”

if that’s truly your experience, then this will be either a great life lesson and growth opportunity… or a really bad idea.

lmfao is this srs. Who cares? I try to help out people where I can and heal them if its safe to, but if someone has pulled 5 things and are running out of a cave, you’re on your own bud lmao.

As for the buffs, just dont buff them if its affecting you this much lmao.

I’ve been a healer for 16 years, and im no different in HC than I was in retail lol.
