The talents add nothing that anyone asked for. They are not fun or exciting. There is nothing new or exciting here. There is an entire tree full of more proc management. Please, for the love of warcraft, take the entire Hero system back to the drawing board and make something exciting.

The issue for me is some suck. Which makes them feel even more shunned.
If they all sucked I wouldn’t be so mad about Hunter. But some are really good.
Thanks. I really had no constructive thing to say about adding an 11 node tree. So, I thought I would just post my discontent every so often. Because this is not a very heroic system. Would you like to add something?
I am not seeing anything good. It is just more proc management. Nothing much changes about the class. You will not feel heroic. I understand blizzard had to change something up, but my god, do some changes. These all seem to be minor tweaks instead of build changing heroic trees.

I plan to continue playing Devastation Evoker and both talent trees look and sound amazing, and the videos I have watched of Preheat going over the trees on target dummies and in dungeons look epic. I genuinely can’t choose which hero talents I like more, both look godly.
So I would say my opinion of hero talents is completely opposite of yours, OP.
Sadly I’m going to have to go into TWW looking at and accepting it as an add nothing expansion. Hero talents are underwhelming, earthen won’t exist in my book, and the story looks to be more win-by-hugging garbage.
Guess I’ll have to go back to war mode and trigger the care bear tourists expecting a free XP boost just to keep the fire of war alive for myself.

What is preheat? A talent? All I see is mass disintegrate and engulf? Both are very underwhelming.
Right? I’d gladly, gladly completely scrap Hero Talents for more class fantasy cosmetics.

Some class/specs are, some aren’t.
It’s very obvious that some class devs need to be taken off class dev and assigned elsewhere, and put people passionate about classes as class dev like some have.
And the fact Blizzard seems oblivious to this fact is sad.

Preheat is a player. He makes videos about Evokers and Mages as far as I know, he did a few videos covering some hero talents.
Really sucks to hear how much you hate the upcoming expansion. What are you going to do?
This isn’t feedback. Feedback is describing specific talents and then saying WHY you don’t like them or how they can be improved. This is just senseless whining.
I really like what I’ve seen of my hero talents.

Lobby for change as always. I just think an expansion warrants something much bigger.
I am tired of a few more talents being added to the end of our trees each expansion. Dragonflight hid the small expansion of talents as new trees. This expansion is going to mask it as hero talents. We have been getting new talents every expansion. Which is not bad, but they are very lackluster each time and in the case of the hunter that posted here, the class is worse than the original. Nothing changes in the way the classes feel. I won’t feel heroic. Change your dracthyr in to a flame dragon, give him a flame tongue that lashes out and an aura that burns everything that is close. Then narrow the scope of the rotation to fire skills only. That would be more heroic than push one new button and stuff happens.
