I agree with those three things but I think the spec would still feel far from perfect haha.
D&D cleave feels bad because its on the GCD and the CD makes it unforgiving. The 4 sec grace period is huge to simply place another down when its off the GCD. They still need to lower the CD and maybe give us another charge by default. D&D duration also needs to match Pillar duration. Right now we have 14secs of cleave because the 4 secs last even when D&D ends.
