Cold Thirst being forced seems a bit odd. Would like to see it swap with IBF. Could we also see IBF be 10 secs?

Permafrost is an awesome idea but just not tuned for how low AA damage is currently. In SL 40% felt appropriate but AA damage fell off a cliff in DF.

Cleave Strikes is still here i guess. The 4 seconds will help but some work needs to be done to D&D. The CD or durations need to be adjusted for close to 100% uptime. We are pigeonholed into taking Death’s Echo with the CD being 30 secs. D&D also does absolutely no meaningful damage what so ever. It’s purely being pressed for utility sake and needs to be off the GCD.

Death Pact is still a death sentence in PvP. Make it a 30% heal and get rid of the debuff.

Soul Reaper needs to cost RP. It’s great it works with Obliteration but you need to be weaving RP with Runes to be efficient.

Love the new defensive capstones please don’t gut them in PvP. DKs went from being weak to melee and strong against casters to weak against melee and weak against casters.

AMS, Deathstrike, and Will of the Necropolis could lose some of the PvP nerfs. They took the bullet for Spellwaden at the start of DF but when Spellwarden was removed they stayed nerfed.

Slappy hands is now pure utility so it needs its utility back in PVP with more grips. At least one more per target its a 2 min CD.
FDK TREE

This polarizing tree is causing us to make hard choices others specs aren’t having to make. Talents hard synergize with DW or 2h, Obliteration or BOS, and it wants you to build crit (worst PvP stat due to crit nerf) to proc 100% crits.

The direction Frostscythe is going in is the best change so far. We need a meaty hit on a medium CD since FWF hits like a pool noodle in PvP. Going to feel great in PvE as well to do something besides our single target rotation while standing on D&D.

The full Pillar of Frost Package is so much easier to get now with the point adjustments but the ramping effect needs to be removed. It adds more punishment for when you aren’t able to ramp and robs our core abilities from being able to be buffed for pillar down time. Don’t make it harder by having to tune how hard the last Oblit hits.

Cold Heart, still gutted in PvP no takes for PVE. Are we missing its counterpart on the other side of the tree still?

Horn of Winter is on the wrong side is a BOS talent.

FWF being moved up is nice, its a core skill and shouldn’t be a hard choice. I would like to see the stun baked in and the CD be reduced with Icecaps. Remove Absolute Zero. could FWF apply 1-5 stacks of RI too?

Inexorable Assault, I like the talent but it just feels under tuned. Maybe give a way to build back stacks faster.

Bonegrinder, I just hate the thought of try to time this Festermight like thing during pillar. I liked cold blooded steel better.

Icy Death Torrent is cool idea but could it be something beside AA crits? We just don’t build crit in PvP. Works for PvE but still feels strange to build crit to proc a crit that might of just crit due to building crit. Maybe bring back Frozen Pulse.

The Long Winter, Pillar has needed to be extend for a long time. Especially for PvP were a disarm kills half your go every time. But once again could we not tie this to crits? Maybe Rime?

There’s so much power locked into Icebreaker for single target but its on the aoe side of the tree. Swap it with Bronegrider and replace it with something for BOS.

Cryogenic Chamber (Magma Chamber) seems like its going to be really cool but it and gathering storm are in a wild places. Remorseless still needs a lot of talents taken to be good and could maybe have another baked in.

Breathe of Sindragosa changes… HA! Yeah right! I’ll just keep pretending this talent doesn’t exist.
PvP TALENTS

This is a sad lot… To start, Rot and Wither’s existence feels like a slap in the face. “Sure FDKs you want MS effect here ya go”. D&D does 10k damage over 10 secs when players have 1.5 million HP. This talent absorbs healing for the damage D&D does.

Chill Streak was the only interesting throughput talent and it didn’t get replaced. Tundra Stalker please.

Bloodforge is just still under tuned. Duration needs to be longer than 3 secs. No way you’re winning hitting DS every 3 secs when getting trained by melee. Since it does no damage and doesn’t heal at all especially after dampening. Maybe 25% too instead of 20%. Hitting DS is huge a DPS loss as it should be but just not enough healing to make up for the DPS loss.

Necrotic Aura, was this gutted just to make us choose the other crappy talents? How about a Frosty Aura that makes frost damage crits do 20% more damage so we can build crit in PvP and PvE.

Shroud of Winter, potentially scrap. Maybe spells and abilities cast on this player lose 30% range so that healers have to be closer. Kind of like a weaker smoke bomb. I miss Heart stop aura.
