Rogues needs more PVP talents that alter how they deliver damage. Too many PVP talents are being removed and hurts specs like Sub and Outlaw ability to deliver damage in unique ways.
Also, the few PVP talents that help with survivability need straight up buffs.
And on a final note lets look at the PVP talents as of 11.1 PTR for all three specs:
Assassination
Control is King (shared with all three specs)
Creeping Venom
Dagger in the Dark (shared with all three specs)
Death From Above (shared with all three specs)
Dismantle (shared with all three specs)
Hemotoxin
Maneuverability (shared with all three specs)
Preemptive Maneuvers (shared with all three specs)
Smoke bomb (Shared with all three specs)
System shock
Thick as Thieves (Shared with all three specs)
Assassination has three PVP talents that are unique to the spec and help offer utility and ways to deliver damage differently or increase the target to take more damage. Very solid three PVP talents all around.
Subtlety
Distracting Mirage
Silhouette
Thiefs Bargain
Of the three PVP talents unique to Sub only Thiefs Bargain alters how Sub delivers damage. My feedback is that Sihoulette is redundant with Sub already having 2 step charges. Distracting Mirage as a ranged slow is redundant for a spec that has shuriken storm and a talent that does it better with Night Terrors.

Drink Up Me Hearties
It is cool that Outlaw has two group buffs but the problem is the only talent they have uniquely to Outlaw to alter how damage is delivered is Turn the Tables. Boarding Party is just a minor speed buff and your party literally has to be on top of you when you are using a ranged finisher. It just doesn’t work in practice.
So Sub and Outlaw losing PVP talents that help alter how they deliver damage is a big problem for both specs from a PVP point of view.
