On a Pale Horse should definitely be usable indoors. Even if the speed boost drops to zero.

This hero class is basically the only thing sustaining my interest in DK right now, between how unforgiving the mechanics are relative to its peers and just the sheer unhappiness involved in trying to get the legendary axe this season. Like, I donât want to play my death knight anymore, except this looks way more fun and flavorful than any of the other hero specs presented so far, excepting maybe Frostfire.

By the way, customization for the steed is in order.
Allow DKs to customize in the barbershop. Options should include all these undead steeds we found everywhere. Some examples:
- Any Maw steed
- Any recolor from the acherus horsie.
- Midnight from Karazhan
- Forsaken horse models
They all fit well.

Itâs gonna be really important that the horseman all stay on the same target as you and not just wander off and do random things.
Iâm also wondering the effect they will have on randomly breaking cc.
Pets with a mind of their own will ruin this talent tree and no one will pick it if this happens.
Iâm sure theyâll obey /petattack, right? I know that frost doesnât exactly have a main pet to command, but if theyâre not focusing priority targets thatâd be super trollinâ

This has the most epic class fantasy of any Hero Talents so far.
So cool being able to enter combat mounted AND being able to summon the Horsemen.
Just need indoor mounted combat too.

I understand now the source of their torment.
Where are the âfix death strike and make DKs less squishy in PvPâ and the âCompletely remove Death and Decay cleaveâ nodes on this tree?

Then back to the drawing board blizzard. Nothing you say is worth a damn unless it is this, or a complete overhaul. Just what we need, another buggy pet!

The capstone talent should for sure be tied to Unholys Apocalypse ability instead of army of the dead. 8 minute cd compared to frostâs 1.5 min cd is insane. or bring back raise abom and make it a choice node

This feedback is given in the context of Frost in high-level raids and mythic+.
I like this a lot less than Deathbringer. It has a few big problems
- Horsemen are uninteractive. Woo Whitemane pops out and throws a dot. Woo Trollbane just put out a slow at a bad time. Woo Nazgrim is gonna do⌠something. I guess Mograine is somewhat interactive with having a free dnd, but if he pops out at random times its hard to play around.
- Horsemen are tied to an expensive talent. Frost builds are currently lacking free talent points. We get very few to play with after picking Obliteration or Breath of Sindragosa, our main capstones. On top of that, the last two tier sets have required further point investment. Sure Apocalypse now lets us summon all the horsemen, but at the cost of making our tree even more rigid.
- Horn of Winter CDR is useless at best, and active contributes to Frostâs resource problems at worst. Please stop giving us stuff that inflates our resources. We already canât spend them fast enough.
- The Rider theme is cool, but this doesnât feel like a tree about being a Rider. We summon Riders, but the only way we get to be Riders is from a single talent. And donât get me wrong, both sound fun and will be exciting to see. But, as far as the Rider fantasy goes, this tree is lacking. It feels more Deathlord than Rider.

Just a note, good post btw, but we already know they plan to move talents that Hero trees call to to a higher easy access position in the spec trees, or maybe baseline for some specs. Issue with reviewing current hero talents is that we donât know what the spec trees will look like.
Yes, it is an issue. But the Hero Talent info was put out first, so until we know exactly what they will do with the talent trees we are better off basing feedback on whats here.

Bruh you literally are the leader of the horsemen. The class hall quest you resurrected TWO of them and saved ONE from Undercity. Wtf are you talking about? The Lich King literally gave you the title Deathlord for wielding Apocalypse and made you the leader of them. Please uninstall man.

Uhuh, so is that why people have still been complaining even after they have gotten what they wanted? Sounds like the miserable people are the ones manufacturing their own displeasure through the suggestions that they make.
This hero spec is a Harbinger, not a Rider of the Apocalypse, you are free to prove me wrong, but you are the one to calls the horsemen in, you actually arent one.
Sorry that I have a higher standard than you guys⌠well im not sorry, but this is the kind of stuff you get when you chase jangly keys all the time instead of the important stuff.
