In addition to the feedback I’ve already left, there’s a major concern that Mistweaver has regressed to SL gameplay in that we are pressing SCK for optimal healing and damage at very low target counts which would encourage what is essentially 1-button gameplay. We still have not received the 20% buff, but even if we did, this SCK spam would remain the better option between SCK vs. our regular dps rotation since AT was nerfed to account for the buff and Way of the Crane was not.
If you played DF or SL at all you understand how boring this became so I’m hoping for a nerf to the healing that SCK provides through Way of the Crane.
As far as raid goes, our HPS does not match the rate of our mana consumption. We consume mana at similar rates as other healers (except rsham) just with lower HPS and lack of reason to be brought outside of our HPS. There have been a few builds utilizing SG that have had better HPS than Vivify builds but based on the dev note from alpha with the removal of the sqrt scaling on Vivify
it seems unlikely that this iteration is their intention for raid gameplay and would hope to see Vivify buffs to address the imbalance between SG and Vivify in raid. Revival in raid remains weak outside of the occasional need for a raid wide MD but it is a healing CD and should function primarily as a heal. Revival is also still healing pets which greatly reduces its efficacy.
