In Undermine(d) Development Notes you say " We feel that the time has come to move on from earning and redeeming class set armor tokens at their vendors for a desired armor variant. Players will now want to find an eligible Veteran-track or higher armor piece to convert at the Catalyst, and these can be acquired from many sources around Undermine."
Some players have not earned a piece of Hero-track gear in the tier slots when they achieve this feat of strength. The change is a regression compared to how it worked in all prior seasons. Please revert this change so that no matter what, any player who has earned this feat of strength will have a piece of Hero-track tier gear.
