Blizz asked for feedback in Hero Talents, and then reworked the entire class anyway? Whats the point?
The rework was in response to players want a rework.
The feedback request is so they make the hero talents more in line with what players want bedore it goes live to alleviate the need of a rework later.
Also the hero talents werent there to rework the class. Theyre just more talents to further enhance the class.
Wheres your confusion coming from?
They asked for feedback on our current class as a base line, and now they changing it all. That feedback is not relevant anymore.

The changes they made were based on prior feedback about the classes
The feedback about hero talents is to adjust just the hero talents
