Feedback for Blizzard

Hey, can anyone tell me where the best place to send feedback non-forum related to Blizz? I’ve tried searching my account area, and all I can find is the Customer Support and Contact Us. I want to send some feedback about some lvling buffs and such and don’t want to get harassed here on the Forums cause you all are hella mean & and I don’t really want to be harassed bc I suggested a harmless thing.

Please and Thank you.

You can do it in-game via the help menu. There’s a feedback section in there.

Thank you Kindly.

One way we can all give them feedback is just by playing the game the way we want to play it. People running a server have the capability to put all sorts of metric collecting code into the server so they can watch what we are all doing and they can see what we all like and don’t like.

Go to the bug report forum and see how well this theory is working.

The question is how to give them feedback. What they do with feedback or what they are capable of doing with feedback is another matter.

I suppose the next logical question is: if the message is not being received adequately, how do you escalate?

you can use the in game - click support and there is an option for feedback

It’s hard to escalate a recommendation. After all, corporations base their decisions on what they feel is best for their bottom line.

If you are giving feed back through forums or through the system and your feedback does not match what they are seeing most players like, then your suggestion is going nowhere.

Sounds like a dead end to me. :man_shrugging:t2:

You don’t. See this is where snail mail would help better. Write to someone specific, have a signature required by that person and you know they get it, however, any escalation is a pipe dream.

What you find important may not be important to Microsoft

Not sure how much time you’ve spent on the forums, but most people’s ideas for game improvement deserve to be dead ends.

I didn’t say everyone’s worth listening to. There are plenty of things that should be listened to that aren’t, too. Just today I heard that Echo told Blizzard about Evoker’s tier set bonus problems on PTR. It was hotfixed this week. Clearly something went wrong there if it took that long.
