homie I completely checked out of SoD right when P5 dropped after they incentivized a throwing games meta when anyone could have seen it coming from a mile away with alliance queue times being instant, them losing damn near every game every phase, and giving 2 marks per loss.
I have given up hope that the devs will make the game good, Iām primarily a PVP player. I know paladin is OP right now. I donāt care to play it because the PVP is fundamentally awful.
also there are bugs that have been in the game since OG vanilla (bug with 0.5 quest and killing Baron before timer still in the game) that have never been fixed even though they spent time upgrading the gear and making it attractive to supplement set bonuses in P4.
game is bad RIP, Iām just on the forums still to see the state of SoD and make a silly lil joke here and there

They wanted guilds to be a thing again. Go find a guild. If you donāt want to, itās pretty simple. Donāt play.
You mentioned the word āfunā. Problem is everyone has their own definition of what it is.

Pretty much. If a game isnāt for you, itās not for you. I donāt play Classic Wrath/Cata. Nor do I play retail. When OG TBC dropped it destroyed my guild and my server.
So, i just quit. It really is that simple.
Blizzard isnāt going to cater toward anyone unless they see it in their best interest to. And it doesnāt help that the player base each has their own idea of what āfunā is.
and how do you think exactly how they choose whats in their best interest? do you think they just randomly throw darts in a room and see what is the next system they will push into the game or something like that? do you think they ever listen to any player feedback at all?
im sorry, to me it sounds like youre just a professional doomer in forums since you only play sod (if you even do that)
i still play cata tho i plan on leaving it permanently after firelands as dragon soul / mop and futher expantions are not for me, i still play classic vanilla, im still playing sod, i like mostly the old wow, im waiting for tbc / maybe wrath again and who knows, classic + or wow 2 if its any good
you shouldnt give up just because you think the devs already did
shrug. i just play the game. if i donāt like it, then i donāt play. but player feedback is no good unless itās unanimous or an overwhelming majority. Like that whole AQ40 rogue style difficulty system is hated by pretty much everyone. I doubt it even goes in because thereās already lots of back lash.
If it was old blizzard, then yeah maybe Iād suggest things, but SoD and Classic are side projects. But yes, I only play SoD at the moment.

They are making announcements about content for just raiders because pve is the main focus of classic ? āpvpā is not āpvpā in classic. Its just griefing and some mini game you can decide to play if you wantā¦ If you want āpvpā go play arena in cata or tww. Nobody is asking for new bgs, nobody is asking for arena, nobody is asking for this stuff in classic. The new raids like kara will be coming after naxx. Why would they make any new raids in the middle of classic when the gear will be more powerful than naxx gear ? Think for a second before you make rambling posts complaining. Blizzard is doing everything they can with the resources they haveā¦i wouldnāt give new content till after the old content is finished. And definitely not early because people will just complain its not what they wanted lol. Blizzard does anything and you people will just complain. Hope you have a great day Varandan

i was kinda expecting at least one raid to be brand new before naxx, to leave it as the cornerstone last and hardest raid
dfc was made, battle for ashenvale, bloodmoon, incursions, blackrock, why not more?
why cant we have a ācatch up raidā that doesnt powercreep the others, lets say, a grim batol raid that also drops loot in equal power to mc but has a different color to it so you have more chances at finally getting that band of accuria, they added thunderfury to thunderaan, so why not?
im thinking, and im trying to have a discussion, blizzard is a billion dollar company, they have resources to give us more than just another rebalanced raid
not even professions got anything, im hoping they at least give a +20 spell power enchant to gloves that druids can use since its the only class without a proper glove enchant
i didnt complain about rebalanced aq, i complained about the extra system that has been tested and is known to be bad in the past, im sorry if i was hoping for more ?

Plenty of people have asked for new bgs, arenas, dungeons, raids, quests, zones, etc.
Thereās a thing called horizontal progression. Please educate yourself on that before making yourself sound like you currently do.
