Will Blizzard please get rid of vote kick and replace it with allowing people leave without a debuff? People bail on keys all the time, if they don’t get a debuff why should anyone else?

I was just healing a classic time walking group with my priest whose set up to do DPS, putting out good DPS for a holy priest. I have a decent ilvl at 618 and can hold my own. I want to run 5 successive dungeons for the chance at a hero piece. It’s classic time walking! Not a single person died once all the way up to the final boss and they removed because I was ahead of the group pulling my own groups successfully mind you. Did I mention no one died? Plus, it is fun spamming Holy Nova and out DPSing the DPS.

I wanted to bail by the first boss because the tank was moving too slow but decided to tough it out and this is how I am rewarded. I never say any despairing and keep my comments to myself when in pug groups either… so it seems vote kicking goes against their social contract.

So you basically want to DPS but using the Healer option to skip the lines.
And then wonder why you get kicked?

You’re exactly the type of person VtK is meant for, it seems like it worked fantastically here, especially if it removes you from the pool.

I could go blast a TW with this DH and nobody would die because I’d tank and kill everything myself, but if the group kicked me I shouldn’t be surprised – the other 3+ players in the group aren’t getting to do what they signed up to do because I’m doing it.

For TW most people are happy to run behind you and get loot + experience at an exponentially faster rate. It’s Time Walking. If you were leveling normally through instances the pace would not be so fast - or perhaps the need to nerf 80’s into the ground?

That’s your take on it. Sometimes when I’m leveling alts on TW I don’t mind someone else blasting it. Other times I’m sitting there wondering why I didn’t just AFK at the start.

See now if you were a level 11 Fury Worrier you would have been fine, all the forum goers would applaud your integrity!
But a high ilvl priest? For Shame! how dare you?

Apprently we need VtK or we will immediately have tanks and healers holding us hostage in every single dungeon we run.
It has its uses for sure, but id rather a smaller wait time as a penalty.

You keep up to get loot and experience because you are trying to level fast. If you weren’t then you would be using normal instances.

Blizz could nerf 80’s and scale them down

They could also stop allowing sub 80 to pug with 80’s

Or just remove VK because frankly it doesn’t serve a purpose, you can lose someone and keep going.

bottomline if you are not trolling and making the game miserable because of repeated deaths, or rude comments I do not see the purpose.

I’ll just wait for my guild from now on or just do keys. TW is not worth my time.
