Feb 7 2024. Second day of issues. (BLZ51903006)

Could not enter raids, battlegrounds or take any portals all yesterday, which was my day off… Now I come home from work today, 6 hours left on my subscription to wow, and I can’t even log in. What’s up wow team? Why can’t I play? Why is my subscription time still counting down while your game isn’t functioning properly? Why do my issues seem to get worse the more I attempt to bring my grievances to your attention? I’m asking for transparency. I’ll go find something else to do if that’s what you want. Just tell me so I can forget about it.

Your grievances are being outsourced overseas and to an AI collection bin, dear valued customer.

uhm…its not feb 7th.

I do hear the connection has been pretty stuffy for US players over the last 48. :confused: Has it been a continuous problem or just recent?

On a more serious note, it’s likely a routing issue. Power cycle all your modem and router. Disconnect from any VPN if needed. Go to the Technical Support forums if that doesn’t help. TS folks are genuinely good people and having a knack for fixing these issues.

You just have to multiply the 7 by 3. It happens. We all lose a couple weeks now and then. Or like, almost a month. Who need February anyways?? :eyes:

Maybe the issue that OP is having is time traveling. I don’t think WOW works on the Tardis :woman_shrugging:

I know, but that’s the only reason I could think of that would have their sub not expired yet.

Otherwise it’s pretty obvious why they can’t log in.

No idea. Was probably something I was reading on screen while typing the original post and it was accidentally integrated into what I was typing.
